Terms of Service
Draft version — document in progress. Final version published before store release (Meta Horizon Store, App Store, Google Play).
1. Service overview
TuneLoft is a BYO (Bring Your Own Sources) multi-source media player: users connect their own sources — DLNA servers, local files, Plex, or M3U/Xtream playlists. The application does not host, provide, or recommend any content, stream, or provider.
2. User responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they access through TuneLoft, and for its compliance with applicable laws and with their content providers' terms of service. TuneLoft disclaims any responsibility regarding the legality of streams configured by the user.
3. Free and Plus
TuneLoft offers a fully-functional Free version that runs locally, and an optional TuneLoft Plus monthly subscription for cloud features (multi-device sync, enriched EPG, notifications, TuneLoft Together co-viewing). Details and pricing on the Download page.
4. Cancellation
The TuneLoft Plus subscription can be cancelled at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal accessible inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, in accordance with European regulations.
5. Changes
TuneLoft reserves the right to modify these terms. Users are notified of substantive changes by email before they take effect.
6. Contact
